JESS - DIRECTOR
A qualified NCPS counsellor. I have over 10 years experience of working with families, adults and children in a range of settings. I have always loved my work and feel that the most important thing is truly listening to someone and how they are feeling. To be able to give someone the space to be able to talk without judgement, and be accepted is so powerful! I understand that people come to counselling for loads of different reasons. I hope that I can offer a space for you to explore what you need in a non judgemental and accepting environment.
The reduced fees that we offer here is because of some amazing trainee counsellors. These students have started their counselling career and need to gain experience towards the end of their training to enable them to qualify. They are bound by the same ethical framework that any therapist is and will have received specific training ensuring they are capable. I personally interview and select all the trainees to ensure that they work with my vision and hope for therapy to be accessible.

DEAN
I work from an integrative approach, meaning I use various theories and techniques which cater to you as an individual. This is because everyone is unique; we all have struggles which we may want support with coping with. Often our work together brings a higher level of self-awareness, which can alter your interactions with others. By using what you learn in therapy, you can begin to learn a healthier way of being; really connecting to what your true desires are.
CLAIRE
As someone who has navigated my own challenges, I know that it can sometimes be hard to take that first step and talk about difficult experiences. I am here to offer you a safe, empathic, nurturing environment and the time to do this at your own speed. Whilst I cannot ‘fix you’ I will work alongside you to understand and connect with your emotions and offer meaningful insights to help you explore your feelings. Our counselling sessions will be judgement free, and I will be thoughtful and dedicated to your wellbeing. As an integrative counsellor, I will draw on various modalities such as person-centred and psychodynamic counselling alongside mindfulness practices and, if you are happy to do so, creative approaches to best support you and your individual situation.
KATI
Every client of mine is unique, and so is the process, pace and structure we determine together. You don't have to be alone, feeling trapped in a turmoil of complicated feelings and thought. Let's find those changes that need to be made for you to feel safe, content, happy and comfortable in your own skin. Integrating different approaches and techniques we aim to take control of changing and rebuilding your story.
GEMMA
We each have unique lives and experiences, and I believe there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to therapy. My integrative-humanistic approach allows me to tailor how I work to suit your individual need. Our sessions will be client-led, which means that each week we can focus on whatever you feel would be most important. This allows us to explore your challenges and goals together, at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for you. There may be times when things feel uncomfortable and answers are uncertain, and I hope that my empathetic and non-judgmental approach will allow us to explore these together with curiosity and compassion. I have experience in working with neurodivergence and late-life diagnosis, identity issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, disordered eating, and trauma.
DIANA
Counselling offers a non-judgemental and confidential space to understand what you are going through and what changes you would like to make. I believe in the power of change and the potential for growth. I am primarily Person -Centred but I believe in Integrative counselling, by pulling on the resources of different elements of specific therapies. I believe that there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations, but rather tailored to the requirements of the client.
DAVID
I work integratively, meaning that various theories may present themselves in the room, but at the core I work with you in mind, with a humanistic / person centred approach. I find it is beneficial to examine the past to see the impact on the here and now, but at your own pace. I would offer a kind, non-judgemental, empathic, and honest approach with therapy and would work together with you to form a relationship and work towards the goals you would like to achieve with your own mental wellbeing.
LORRAINE

CHARO
I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe environment. I appreciate that each individual is different and will have a unique experience, and therefore one single counselling approach will not be the perfect fit for everybody. For this reason, I work integratively, drawing upon several different counselling models to help my clients and tailor my approach to best fit the individual’s needs.

NADIA
As each of us is unique, so is the pace and nature of our work together. Working integratively means I work with a blended approach of theories and techniques, keeping you at the heart of our work.Having lived experience of anxiety as young adult, I’m passionate about supporting others taking their first steps into exploring how they are feeling. I know how hard it can be, to ask for support.
ALANA
I provide a safe, warm, non-judgemental, understanding, and confidential environment to allow people to fully explore themselves and support them in actualising their full potential and create the change they desire.I know exactly how hard it is to sit opposite someone and explore the issues that are affecting their lives. I believe it is an honour and a privilege to cultivate a therapeutic relationship and walk alongside my clients through their journey.
SAMUEL
I believe that counselling shouldn't be a secretive practice, that uses complex jargon and where something magically happens to you. There are no quick fixes or silver bullets however much we wish there were, rather it should be a collaborative endeavour where we create a safe, non judgemental environment to explore, understand and find the tools best suited to you.
IULIAN
I know from personal experience what it means to feel like you are stuck, struggling to find connection
and joy. I passionately believe that everybody has the right to live an authentic, fulfilling life and
counselling can help us getting closer to it. We would work together, with a genuine non-judgemental and empathic approach,
towards what positive change that you see as desirable.
TOM
